This policy describes how E-Constitution handles payment disputes and refund requests for paid subscriptions.
1. Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or service availability incidents.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law or explicitly approved by support.
3. Request Window
Submit refund requests as soon as possible after the charge date, including account email, order reference, and issue details.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel and may take additional bank/gateway processing time.
